Inspired by the Cold War DIY designs of tubular underground shelters, the modular system of SURVIVAL-module consists of prefabricated tubes and rings which function as joints, along with closed parts on each end of the structure. With the use of inner walls and wooden planks for flooring, SURVIVAL-module offers a very flexible format for designing and constructing shelters.

Another important extra is the reinforced concrete addition on top of the shelter, which basically makes the whole structure a bunker. Designed to fortify your shelter, this part keeps safer the underground structure, securing the entrance hatch, air filter inputs, and the water tank cap. The structure also provides substantial radiation shielding, and protection from bombs, artillery, and other attacks. Its back side can be the mounting surface for a large set of solar panels, that can supply the shelter with electricity.
